Titleholder Impact Awards

Since 2008, each member of the current year’s title team has been given the opportunity to hand out what has become known as “Impact Awards” to one or two individuals who had a significant, influential and lasting effect on their journey during their title year. These awards are given out during their step-down weekend during the “Salute” event.
